Description:
In a snow-covered alpine hut, the self-proclaimed Dr. Albin runs an illegal “sanatorium” for mentally unstable people. Patients Bella and Leo/Léane struggle with delusions and voices, while nurse Anna is herself tormented by guilt and inner turmoil. The situation escalates due to isolation, mistrust, and Albin’s pathological obsession with Anna. When Anna is found dead in the barn, everyone present is a suspect. A hiker named Eva—Anna’s doppelgänger—shows up and adds to the confusion.
